Hotel's location was unbeatable and magnificent, in a pedestrian street right next to Gran Via metro station. Besides, it was just next door to many shops and restaurants as well as public transport.
Some of the staff were miserable.

The atmosphere was so cozy, and the mattress reminded me of a cloud after a day of exploring! I particularly enjoyed the relaxing lounge area. The free tea and coffee in the common room was a nice touch.

This place was a superb base for our stay, with a magnificent location close to many shops and restaurants, and we loved the Centro district during our 2-night visit.

Solo traveler great experience
The location was central, with shops and cafes just a few steps away. I got some help from the staff carrying my heavy bags up to the room, a lifesaver.
It wasn't very inexpensive but still acceptable for the convenience and comfort provided.
